Îrêyê-g̈a Thîyî Bî (/ɪˈrɘjɘ/ /g̃a ˈʃɪjɪ/ [dead] [layout]) is a subtropical Town located in the Têqayëg̈ê Zone of the Union of Engineers.
The name Îrêyê-g̈a Thîyî Bî is derived from the Iron Elvish language, as Îrêyê-g̈a Thîyî Bî was founded by Ênmèdsí Gadshèj, who was culturaly Iron Elven.
Climate
Îrêyê-g̈a Thîyî Bî has a yearly average temperature of 22°C (71°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a warm 27°C (80°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a cool 18°C (64°F). Îrêyê-g̈a Thîyî Bî receives an average of 231 cm/y (90 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of rain during the summer. Îrêyê-g̈a Thîyî Bî covers an area of nearly 4 km2 (1 mi2), and an average elevation of 2836 m (9304 ft) above sea level.
Overview
Îrêyê-g̈a Thîyî Bî was founded durring the late 14th century in fall of the year 1265, by Ênmèdsí Gadshèj. The establishment of Îrêyê-g̈a Thîyî Bî suffered from several major issues, resulting in the need to develop many solutions to basic problems. Problems such as a lack of fresh water, logistical support, poor quality tools, and the odd monster or two. Howeaver, these were overcome in time.
Îrêyê-g̈a Thîyî Bî was built using the conventions of Iron Elven durring the late 14th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Îrêyê-g̈a Thîyî Bî is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature plaster covered brickwork used to form structures with an emphasis on symmetry, proportion, geometry and the regularity of parts. Orderly arrangements of columns, pilasters and lintels, as well as the use of semicircular arches, hemispherical domes, niches and aediculae can be found everywhere such that only size of building and yard can be used to measure the general prosparity of a given building's owners due to a general wealthy feeling the style gives off.
Îrêyê-g̈a Thîyî Bî is buildings are arranged arrounded highly ordered system of narrow gravel streets which form octogonal paterns, allowing the incides of the octagons to be common grounds for the buildings on the edges, be it for parkland, yardspace, plazas, or markets. The town sits behind an impressive looking clay brick wall. The wall is notable for querried stone blocks being used to renforce the clay bricks in the expected manner and locations. While the wall was built to the exact specifications of modern fortifications, one has to wonder why the money invested into creating such a well fortified wall wasnt spent on a less impressive looking wall crated from sturdier materials. Îrêyê-g̈a Thîyî Bî's walls would endure a brief bombardment, but only from light siege weapons. It seems more likly the town's walls were not designed with defence in mind but rather lending the town a certain air with visitors. Unfortuantly, these boondoggle-of-a-fortified wall are in extreem disrepair, so much so that one cannot tell if they are decaying from a lack of mantance or damage incured.
A look around Îrêyê-g̈a Thîyî Bî makes you worry someone might stab you in a dark ally for your boots. It’s not filthy, or dark, but the smiles seem strained, the locals seem to glare daggers in eachothers backs a little too much, and everyone is armed at all times. You may want to keep an eye on your valuables, and make sure you don’t wind up in any position of power.

Cultural Notes
The locals are convinced that there is some terrible threat against them working from within their society. It may be a matter of dark sorcerers, foreign spies, traitorous neighbors, shape shifting monsters, or some other hidden evil. This evil may be a recent fear, or it may be an inherited peril they’ve always had to guard against. The danger itself may or may not exist, or if it exists it may not justify the steps being taken.
Îrêyê-g̈a Thîyî Bî's garrison was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is best known for its striking sculptural forms and often dazzling ornamental detail that characterizes the buildings general shape. The radiant colors, rich patterns, and symmetrical silhouettes employed by this style were backed up by rich decorative features including gardens, courtyards, extruded arches, domes, pointed domes, vaulted ceilings, elaborate painted and inlaid designs, and decorative sculptures.
In Îrêyê-g̈a Thîyî Bî hail is always enormous, yet harmlessly plinks off people, creatures, and structures.
The Guardian, Graven near Îrêyê-g̈a Thîyî Bî are known to be almost tame, such that they can be put to domestic use.
